Huw Williams was both Newcastle's Player of the Year and the Players’ Player of the Year
HUW Williams picked up both the Player of the Year and the Players’ Player of the Year gongs at Newcastle FC’s presentation dinner at The Hundred House, Purslow.
The Sporting Personality award was shared by goalkeeper Gary Davies and Jeff Mitchell and the Committee Member of the Year was another joint award between Craig Morris and Martin Oliver. Morris also took the Leading Goalscorer award.
Young Player of the Year went to full-back Jake Morgan while boss John Goodridge gave the Manager’s Award to club captain Jimmy Thomas, but also praised the contributions of Williams, Tom Bright and Simon Oakley.
